Good to know
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends and school holidays fill up fast. We suggest 2–4 weeks ahead for jumping castle and water slide hire, and 4–8 weeks for a fully styled, bespoke or corporate event.
What space do I need for a jumping castle or water slide?
A flat area, ideally grass, with at least 1m clearance on every side and a power point within 25m. Water slides also need a garden tap nearby.
What happens if it rains?
Inflatables can't be used in rain or strong wind for safety reasons. Speak to us and we'll help you move your booking.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes. We style and plan year-end functions, launches, client evenings, team days and corporate family days, and can work to your brand colours.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your event date. The balance is due before the event, and full details come with your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within one week (7 days) of your event date, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made earlier than that should be discussed with us directly.
